Vincent Varacalli has been serving as the Senior Technical Manager at BabKem Consulting since June 2021. Before joining BabKem Consulting, Mr. Varacalli was the Technical Manager at Solution Systems from April 2015 to June 2021, where he oversaw sales and engineering design across North America. Prior to that, he served as the Director of National Accounts at Guardian Alarm, managing key accounts and strengthening client relationships.

Mr. Varacalli began his career at General Motors (GM) as a Design Specialist. He holds a diploma in Engineering Design from Macomb Community College in Michigan.
