Blessing Osanaiye has been a Managing Partner at BabKem Consulting since 2020, where he leads the strategy for enhancing safety culture with cutting-edge software, drives performance, and oversees consultancy operations globally. Prior to this role, Mr. Osanaiye served as a Senior Manager at Beyond Data Technologies in the UK.

With over 17 years of progressive leadership experience, he has held key positions in UK- and US-based security and consultancy companies, specializing in video analytics and management, personal duress systems, intrusion detection, access control, digital transformation, e-procurement, and technical project management. His expertise spans diverse industries, including telecommunications, energy, and oil & gas. In these roles, he has been instrumental in driving strategic repositioning and operational growth.

Mr. Osanaiye holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Procurement and Project Management. He is fluent in English and Yoruba and is currently learning Spanish and Italian.
